My name is Josh Ratner, and I own and operate Peak Bloom, a fractional house management and personal assistance company serving the Greater Washington DC-area.
Peak Bloom helps busy homeowners navigate everything that comes with owning a home, especially during the first few months after a move. Whether it's overseeing a renovation, coordinating contractors and vendors, meeting service providers so homeowners don't have to take time off work, tracking timelines and budgets, managing punch lists, or simply serving as a trusted point of contact, we handle the countless details that come with homeownership.
Over the last six years, I've had the privilege of working with incredible families on everything from large-scale renovations to the smallest details of homeownership. No two days -- and often no two hours -- look alike. One minute I'm negotiating with contractors, the next I'm learning the safest way to clean an antique rug or tracking down the perfect specialist for this one-of-a-kind project.
I live in Silver Spring with my wife and our amazing dogs. In my free time, I can be found exploring hiking trails in the DMV or attempting to master a new recipe!
